To register, learners must:be registered with English Online for the Live & Learn programsubmit a Referral to LINC HS from a referral centre, issued within the last 12 monthssign a consent formhave minimum CLB 3/3/2/2/be worldly-wise to meet with an instructor once per week on Skypebe worldly-wise to study on your own for min 5 hrs per weekmaintain a portfolio of language samples for towage purposesOnce registered, learners are matched with an e-Facilitator, who will monitor and assess their progress.
